Additionally, he contributed to developing Messenger+, a platform that predicts operational challenges such as scheduling and capacity by analyzing customer input data. His work with user interfaces using technologies like Angular, Typescript, and CSS has ensured that these tools are functional and user-friendly.
Before joining TIGA, Marupeddi began his career as a software developer at Verizon Business in Richardson, Texas. There, he worked on several web-based applications that helped Verizon’s clients manage their services more effectively. One of his key projects was the E-Bonding platform, which allowed Verizon’s business customers to generate orders, manage trouble tickets, and handle inventory. His role involved developing web services and ensuring seamless integration between various systems, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
After Verizon, Marupeddi worked as a Java developer at the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare. During his time there, he contributed to developing state applications like IBES, e-Verify, and Idalink. These applications were crucial in determining eligibility for public assistance programs such as food stamps and Medicaid. He applied agile methodologies to enhance the functionality of these systems, ensuring that they could efficiently process and exchange data across various state departments.
Marupeddi then worked as a software engineer at ABB in Sugarland, Texas. Karthik Marupeddi helped develop the nMarket Suite, a platform the energy sector uses for transaction management, scheduling, and reporting. His work with ABB enabled energy companies to enhance operational efficiency by providing tools that streamline their bidding, scheduling, and settlement processes.
