I just had a really easy and seamless experience with Air India Schedule Change Policy.I was notified of a change in the flight itinerary by email a few days before my scheduled departure. The updated scheduling, the rationale for the change, and explicit directions on what to do if the new schedule didn't work for me were all included in the notification.
