Roel Arteaga (they/them) is a Story and Character Artist, with a BFA in Sequential Art from the Savannah College of Art and Design, graduated March 2023.

Specializing in Storyboarding, they create and share stories from their passion project Close for Comfort, as well as re-imagining and re-inventing favorite media. Their stories are character driven and range from the comedic to the dramatic and anywhere in between.

They have worked in freelance work, commission work, and contract jobs through high school and university, has been recruited for multiple senior animation films and special interest zines.
