Before his current position, he worked in the automotive industry from May 2016 to August 2018. This experience helped him gain valuable hands-on skills and reinforced the importance of teamwork and collaboration, lessons that he continues to apply in his daily work.

Matthew’s educational background includes studying Criminal Justice at Hawkeye Community College, which has strengthened his sense of responsibility and integrity.
