METASPACE is a cloud platform for imaging mass spectrometry. It includes an engine for metabolite annotation and a knowledge base of metabolite images from thousands of public datasets shared by its users.

METASPACE is open-source (https://github.com/metaspace2020) and is developed by the Alexandrov team at the European Molecular Biology Laboratory, Germany, funded by the European Commission and the National Institutes of Health.
