Michael Christopher Venturino is a financial professional, private equity founder, and devoted family man based in New York. With more than 20 years of experience in mortgage lending, brokerage, and private equity, he has focused his career on helping individual investors access opportunities in the private market. As the founder of HLV Ventures, he is committed to building long-term value through clear communication, thoughtful planning, and a client-centered approach.

He was born to Linda and Felix on May 31, 1986, in Long Island, New York. He participated in football and wrestling during high school, developing discipline and mental strength. He also played hockey, which helped shape his understanding of teamwork and persistence. At 17, he began his professional journey in the mortgage industry, where he gained early experience in lending and client service. By 18, he had moved into his apartment, marking the beginning of his independent adult life.

Michael Venturino earned his Series 7 license as his career progressed, becoming a licensed securities broker. This qualification allowed him to expand his work into more complex investment services. Over time, he became a top producer at two broker-dealer firms in New York, known for his consistency and dedication to clients. In November 2022, he launched HLV Ventures in Hauppauge, New York. The firm connects accredited investors with pre-IPO and secondary market opportunities using a transparent and compliant process emphasizing education and transparency.

Michael believes strong client relationships are built on trust, honesty, and a shared understanding of financial goals. He supports charitable causes, including his local church and St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital. Outside his professional responsibilities, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons and stays active through golf, fitness, and pickleball.
