ago I have said it before and will again – my life has become fuller and richer through all the people I have met through the MS pipeline. I never thought last year at this 9me, I would say that! Despite the unpleasantness of this illness, I am so much more aware and tuned into what is important to me and what I want to do. 1.  Live fully 2.  Model resiliency and posi9vity for my children 3.  Help others along the way 4.  Make a difference to someone every day at my job no maber how small – a kind word, gesture or ac9on that brings something good to someone - if only for a moment. I can and will do this – regardless of my poor vision, numbness and 9ngling. Mabers not, I can s9ll move. J Have a lovely evening folks. Comments THE MOMENTS Helen M., Relapsing Remifng MS 189 Moods
  7. SCARED LONELY Chris Guzikowski Scared on November 21, 1995 On

11/21/95 I was taking a walk in the wooded area for 30 min when I fell to the ground. Thinking I slipped, I got up just to fall again. After 3 attempts and falling 3 times I knew I had a problem. After resting an hour I was able to walk slowly back to the cabin. Chris Guzikowski Lonely on October 02, 2014 Since my first issues in 1995, my last friend has drifted away. I do not know anyone with MS at this time. I would like to have a computer friend. I’m fairly new with computers and this is my first attempt with reaching out.

I contacted the “Greater Deleware Valley” chapter of National MS Society to see if any support groups meet in my area. There’s one just 5 miles from my home This will be my first Face to Face interaction with fellow MS’ers. Thanks to all of you I feel alive again. Comments view 11 comments Susan Elliott – This is great news. Look at all the new things you are doing. Chris Guzikowski – Hello Susan, the MCP family gave me the support I needed. I don’t feel “different” anymore. I feel, I have a purpose now. It’s a great feeling.

over 1 year ago. Here’s a picture of my existing smile on my journey before the dental procedure is completed. I was hesitant to do it but changed my mind. So here it is. On the first visit they sculptured the lower gum features. Tomorrow I go back and they will do the upper gum. On 10/19/14 They’ll do the root canal… Chris Guzikowski Happy on November 28, 2015; poster about 1 year ago. I was inspired to set a new goal “to get my smile back”. Multiple appointments, long hours, pain, stress, fatigue… During the process I questioned my decision with this goal. I looked back at all the support I was receiving from everyone and it gave me an inner strength to perservere. To get my self confidence back is “WIN” in my fight with MS.
  10. HAPPY HAPPY LONELY Chris Guzikowski Lonely on February 16, 2015

This Valentines Day was different from others before I was lonely and sad, but this year I was lonely and hopeful.
