Octavia prides herself in her mastery of user experience design, service design, business analysis and SharePoint solution design. By carefully balancing business and user goals and by pushing technology to its limits, she is able to deliver optimal and innovative solutions. Her most recent magnum opus was wealth management firm AMP’s new intranet ‘the Hub’. This ground-breaking platform brought together published content, collaboration and the social activity stream into a single unified platform, believed to be the first of its kind. On this project she led the work stream responsible for solution design, logical architecture, technical architecture, visual design, interaction design and user experience design.
Octavia has been working with the internet since its very early days and has since developed a niche and highly sought-after skillset that merges SharePoint technical architecture with user experience design. Using this, she is able to deliver unique experiences that harness opportunities and create genuine, measureable business outcomes.
