Oscar Elizondo

Oscar Elizondo is a Pharr, Texas-based business leader with extensive experience in real estate, construction, and home health. He currently serves as the CEO of San Jose Health Care and San Jose Hospice Care, two companies that provide essential services for seniors, including home care and hospice care. With a focus on helping older adults remain in the comfort of their homes, his goal is to ensure that the services offered by both companies are of the highest quality, ensuring dignity and respect for patients at every stage.

He has a keen ability to identify opportunities in growing industries. This talent led him to acquire an existing healthcare business, Trebar Inc., facing challenges with the IRS. He successfully transitioned into the home healthcare industry by navigating through these challenges. Within a few years, he expanded the company to more than $4 million in revenue and grew its workforce to 300 employees. After building it into a successful business, he eventually sold the company.

Since becoming the CEO of San Jose Health Care in 2013, Oscar has led the company to significant growth, serving close to 750 patients with a team of 800 employees. The company now generates over $15 million in revenue annually. At San Jose Hospice Care, certified two years ago, he has built a patient base of 30 individuals with plans for continued growth. Both companies are expanding at around 55% annually, with plans to extend their reach into Corpus Christi, San Antonio, and Houston.

In addition to his leadership in the healthcare sector, he has built successful careers in real estate and construction. As the project manager for Zondo Construction, he has overseen the construction of homes, apartment buildings, and office spaces. He is also an experienced real estate investor who understands the importance of passive income and the tax benefits of property ownership. In his first year as a real estate agent and investor, Oscar purchased and sold over $4 million in South Texas, strategically connecting with bankers and identifying profitable foreclosure properties.
