Paul A. Lucas

Paul A. Lucas is a global governance, risk and transformation executive with more than 25 years of international experience across the World Bank Group, the United Nations system, including UNOPS and UNFPA, and Deloitte.

His work spans organizational transformation, enterprise risk, internal audit, investigations, financial integrity, technology risk, data analytics and AI governance. He has led global oversight and transformation functions, advised senior executives, boards and audit committees, and worked across complex international organizations operating in more than 100 countries.

Paul Lucas is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Fraud Examiner, CISA, CAMS and PMP. He is a graduate of Macquarie University and The Fletcher School at Tufts University, and writes and speaks on governance, organizational effectiveness, risk, investigations and responsible AI.
