Recruited & managed a large group of both staff & volunteers in audio, video & creative teams while overseeing projects from inception to completion Led project installs & events where budgets & time were crucial to success & in many cases producing quality events on a reduced budget PROJECT EXAMPLES: 1. Built a 40ft projection screen @ a fraction of the cost 2. Cut an audio install budget by ½ while maintain quality 3. Directed creative elements for large events (stage design, graphics, video & audio) 4. Scheduled & managed teams from load in to load out for events small to large

Creative Leadership As the department head for the Creative & Worship ministries at Hope Church (formerly Restoration Church), my passion was to build a large, healthy, connected team that brought life to a community. With creative systems & structures in place, we were able to move people from a guest experience to finding their place of thriving It’s always tough being the new kid so we went over the top to make sure people connected deeply & quickly to our teams Once connected each team member entered a culture in which each person became a mentor to someone on the on ramp to the team

From vision to completion I have led teams to produce events & multimedia Whether flipping a house or leading a large public event, I have experienced success Building healthy teams while keeping them moving forward is a passion Getting people to buy in to & pull off a difficult thing gets me out of bed in the morning I’m at home in many different environments & have traveled & lived the globe over I love collaboration & feel most home around a great team
