With a professional background in military service, law enforcement, and private security, he brings direct operational experience to leadership development in critical environments where performance is essential.
He blends psychological insight, practical field knowledge, and human performance science to help leaders think with focus, act with purpose, and lead with authenticity. His training has reached members of the Navy SEALs, Army Special Forces, U.S. Marshals, DEA, and U.S. Border Patrol. Through his Presilience and Human Factors Leadership frameworks, he strengthens decision-making, communication, and accountability before challenges escalate.
Phil Baquie contributed a chapter to an upcoming book on leadership and wellness for first responders. He also served as a subject matter expert. He appeared in the award-winning documentary PTSD911, which presents firsthand accounts from a firefighter, a police officer, and a 9-1-1 dispatcher to shed light on the long-term impact of trauma in frontline professions.
He studied Executive Leadership Coaching at Harvard University.
In his role as Strategic Leadership Mentor at Tradecraft Leadership Group, he supports professionals in identifying obstacles to performance, sharpening their communication, and leading with integrity. With a Doctor of Psychology and hands-on experience across military, law enforcement, and energy industries, his work in 39 countries has deepened his understanding of cultural nuance and the shared values that define successful teams—trust, connection, and responsibility.
He spent over seven years as CEO of Alpha 6 Tactical Solutions, managing tactical security operations for high-profile clients in complex environments. During that time, he delivered more than 500 training sessions to SWAT units, Special Operations Forces, and federal agencies.
Philip Baquie also founded Wellness Centers USA, a behavioral health company with two clinics and a team of 35, where he designed resilience and performance programs for veterans and law enforcement leaders.
He served eight years as a Sergeant in the U.S. Army National Guard and Reserves, leading Infantry and Tactical PSYOP teams.
