How we turned PMs into vibecoders

How we turned PMs into vibecoders

Product managers juggle roadmaps, stakeholder requests, and changing priorities on a daily basis. The ability to build working prototypes often relies on limited Engineering and Design resources.

These dependencies can create bottlenecks, slowing down delivery and leading to frustration among product managers.

Imagine if product managers had access to the latest vibecoding tools to create UIs, integrate APIs, and test workflows on their own. What if they could transition from concept to wireframe and user testing in just a few days instead of several weeks?

In this talk, I will share how we successfully onboarded our product managers onto low-code vibecoding platforms. We reduced prototyping time and empowered non-technical team members to deliver features from start to finish. I'll include real-world demos, adoption strategies, and key lessons learned.
