Sarah Warren is an entrepreneur in Tallahassee, Florida, whose career spans more than a decade in law, specializing in public finance and representing local government entities. A native of Aspen, Colorado, Sarah graduated from Aspen High School in 2002 as a member of the National Honor Society. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Communications from Rollins College in 2006, graduating cum laude. At Rollins, she was an active leader in Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority, serving in several leadership positions, including president. She earned her Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2010, serving as Associate Editor of the Environmental Journal and gaining hands-on legal training in the International Law Practice Clinic.
Sarah began her career in 2011 at American Express, where she excelled in corporate account business development and was consistently ranked among the top performers, both as a rookie and as a tenured manager. In 2013, she returned to the legal field at the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity’s Office of the General Counsel, focusing on community planning and strategic business development. The following year, she joined Hopping Green & Sams, P.A., where she became a shareholder and built a specialty in special districts, infrastructure development, and public finance. Acting as Issuer’s Counsel, she oversaw financings for significant infrastructure improvements such as roadways, utilities, and stormwater systems across Florida.
In 2022, Sarah joined Bryant Miller Olive P.A., continuing her work in public finance and representing local government clients in financing transactions. She worked closely with underwriters, trustees, and other professionals to ensure successful outcomes. Her expertise includes tax-exempt bonds, special district governance, underwriters’ counsel representation, and large-scale infrastructure construction.
Beyond her career, Sarah Warren is active in the Urban Land Institute, participating in leadership and educational initiatives. A lifelong equestrian, she has competed nationally and co-founded the Rollins College Equestrian Team. She enjoys skiing, hiking, and creative writing, passions that reflect both her love for the outdoors and her academic background in English.
