His work has included setting up servers, routers, workstations, tele/data cables, data backup systems, and software installations. He also supported the rollout of desktop, wireless, smartphone, and peripheral IT equipment. One of his major efforts was overseeing the company’s migration to Office 365 for all end users while ensuring a secure, smooth transfer of critical corporate data, including emails, shared calendars, business contacts, and corporate files.
Before joining Stuffed Foods, Scott served as Director of Project Management at Eze Castle Integration. The company provides managed services, cybersecurity, and business transformation for mid-market financial services organizations worldwide. From 2014 to 2017, he led the Project Management and Circuits teams for over three years. He managed 13 direct reports within a global 350+ staff and oversaw 120 to 160 projects annually across seven office locations. His work included hiring, training, and developing employees, as well as providing daily guidance and strategic direction. He led improvement initiatives and helped build procedures that supported more integrated, system-wide processes. The projects he managed covered a broad range, including cloud migrations, hardware upgrades, voice implementations, office buildouts and relocations, and colocation work. In 2015, he received the Eze Castle Founders Award for his meaningful contributions to the company.
Scott also worked as Director of Information Technology for Racepoint Group, where he managed the strategy and execution of IT operations for a global 175-person communications agency with offices in seven cities. In that role, he supervised the implementation team and worked with leadership and outside vendors on service agreements, outsourcing, and contract negotiations.
Earlier, Scott Robinson of North Andover served for 5 years as Director of Information Technology at Todd & Weld, a 75-person Boston law firm. Reporting to the Executive Director, he supported the firm’s productivity, security, and performance by carefully planning technology. He handled systems planning, disaster recovery planning, vendor relations, contract negotiations, and software and hardware purchasing. He also worked closely with firm leadership during monthly management meetings.
