2. SUMMARY • Leading group of general viewing channels in December slightly decreased (minus 0.46 p.p., share 41.20%), and the group remains on the first place. • In second place is the group of movie channels, which viewing share in December also decreased by 0.54 percentage points and amounted to 14.71%. • Group of entertainment channels is in third place in December, the group's viewing share was at the level of 13.86% (plus 0.97 p.p.). • Group of TV series channels, the viewing share of which was 7.49%, which is 0.48 p.p. higher than the figure in November, ranked fourth. • Part of a group of documentary channels slightly decreased and the group takes fifth place with an indicator of 6.87% (minus 0.10 p.p.). • In sixth place is the group of news channels (viewing share of 4.79%, minus 0.08 p.p.), and in seventh place is the group of children's channels (viewing share of 3.68%, decreased by 0.42 p.p.). • In eighth place was a group of sports channels (viewing share in December increased by 0.30 percentage points to 3.05%). • The viewing share of the music channels group of increased by 0.11 p.p. to 1.93%, and the group was in ninth place. The group of regional channels holds the tenth place with an indicator of 1.19% (plus 0.07 p.p.)

Channels of general viewing, December 2023 • STB channel continues to lead the group (viewing share 9.51%, lost 0.44 p.p.) in December • Novy Channel (viewing share increased by 0.48 percentage points) ranks second with a viewing share of 7.43%. STB channel generated 911,500 contacts, while Novy Channel generated 878,000 contacts. • 1+1 Ukraine took third place with a viewing share of 6.35% (minus 0.05 pp and 818.9 thousand contacts). • ICTV channel ranks fourth, having lost 0.12 percentage points in December (viewing share 4.12%, number of contacts with the channel - 599.9 thousand.). • Channel 2+2 decreased by 0.11 pp in December and is in fifth place with a rate of 3.88% (752.5 thousand contacts generated), and 1+1 Marathon channel is in sixth place with a rate of 3.85% (minus 0.14 p.p., generated 653.6 thousand of contacts). The group of general viewing channels had 6.87 million contacts with viewers' devices in December.

10. Movie channels, December 2023 • Viasat Kino HD channel occupies the first position in December (viewing share 2.07%, growth by 0.06 p.p.). In total, more than 308.7 thousand contacts with unique devices of viewers connected to IPTV|OTT platforms watched Viasat Kino HD during the month throughout Ukraine with an average viewing rate of 41.7 minutes. • Viasat Kino Action with an indicator of 1.52% (the share by 0.13 p.p., the number of contacts – 283.7 thousand.) took the second place in the group. • The third place in the group is held by Viasat Kino Megahit channel (viewing share 1.48%, growth by 0.07 p.p.), which was contacted by 255.9 thousand viewers' devices. • Viasat Kino Comedy channel is in fourth place (viewing share 1.18%, number of contacts with the channel - 260.8 thousand.). • Hollywood HD channel (viewing share increased by 0.02 pp to 0.90%) took fifth place - the channel had 143.5 thousand contacts with viewers' devices in December. There were 4.04 million contacts with viewers' devices in December.

Entertainment channels, December 2023 • ICTV 2 remains in the first place in the group with a viewing share of 6.0% (an increase of 0.96 p.p.), generating 798.8 thousand contacts with viewers' devices throughout Ukraine. Average viewing time channel ICTV2 was 1 hour and 11.5 minutes. • TET channel is in second place with a viewing share of 3.34% (plus 0.34 p.p.). • KVARTAL TV channel is in third place with a share of 1.13%. TET channel took place 665.3 thousand contacts, KVARTAL TV channel – 364.5 thousand. • Sonce channel was in fourth place with a share of 0.69 % (minus 0.20 pp), and OCE (QTV) was in fifth place with a share of 0.62% (minus 0.07 pp). In general, the group of entertainment channels gained 3.57 million contacts with viewers' devices during the month.

Children’s channels, December 2023 • Viewing share of Plus Plus channel took in December by 0.14 p.p. to the level of 0.98 %, and the channel remains in first place, generating 245.7 thousand contacts. • Nickelodeon channel (0.43% share, minus 0.09 p.p.) took second place, and Pixel channel (0.323% share, minus 0.02 p.p.) took third place, respectively. Nickelodeon channel generated 122.6 thousand contacts, and Pixel channel - 173 thousand. • Fourth place goes to Nick Jr, which received a viewing share of 0.316% (minus 0.05 p.p.), and the number of contacts with the channel was 66.9 thousand. In total, children's channels had 1.52 million contacts with viewers' devices during December.

Setanta Sports HD received 234.2 thousand contacts with viewers' devices, while Eurosport 1 received 174.4 thousand contacts with viewers' devices. • Channel Eurosport 2 (viewing share in December 0.32%, plus 0.06 p.p., number of contacts with the channel – 143.6 thousand) occupies the third position. • The fourth place is occupied by Setanta Sports Plus with a viewing share of 0.27% and 150.9 thousand contacts. • Suspilne Sport channel is in fifth place with a viewing share of 0.24% and 139,000 contacts. In total, the group of sports channels generated about 1.63 million contacts with viewers' devices in a month.

News channels, December 2023 • In first place is Channel 24, which viewing share in December increased by 0.11 percentage points up to 1.39% (the channel received 263.8 thousand contacts and an average viewing time of 56.2 minutes). • The viewing share of Espresso channel, which was in second place, increased by 0.11 p.p. to 1.27%. The channel received 387.1 thousand unique contacts in December and an average viewing time of 40.1 minutes. PRYAMIY channel showed a viewing share of 1.23% (a decrease of 0.22 p.p. ), and is in third place with 331.1 thousand contacts. Average viewing time was 47.2 minutes. • Fourth place behind Unian TV - viewing share of 0.27% (minus 0.09 p.p.), the number of contacts with the channel - 248.9 thousand. • Apostrophe TV was in fifth place (viewing share decreased by 0.05 pp to 0.19%), which generated 135.2 thousand contacts. The total number of contacts with viewers' devices in December amounted to 1.99 million throughout Ukraine

Documentary channels, December 2023 • In the first place in the group is History channel, which share decreased to 0.93% (minus 0.05 p.p., the total number of contacts with the channel is 191.1 thousand), and DISCOVERY CHANNEL takes the second position in the group with the indicator 0.71% (minus 0.07 p.p.). The number of DISCOVERY CHANNEL contacts with viewers' devices throughout Ukraine amounted to 129.9 thousand. • Viasat Explore CEE took the third place with a viewing share of 0.57% (lost 0.04 p.p.). • Viasat History (viewing share of 0.48%, a decrease of 0.01 p.p.) is in fourth place, and Viasat Nature CEE is in fifth place with a rate of 0.46% (minus 0.08 pp). The average viewing time of TV channels - leaders of the group in December was: History - 51.6 minutes, DISCOVERY CHANNEL - 35.9 minutes, Viasat Explore CEE – 41.7 minutes. The group of documentary channels had 3.83 million contacts with viewers' devices in December.
