3. Create your very own questions to help screen people who might fit your culture. Answers can be text, a tag, an image or a URL. We recommend you create 2-3 custom questions to go with the suggested ones. CREATE CUSTOM SCREENING QUESTIONS 2
4. CHOOSE A BUTTON FOR YOUR SITE 3 Put a button on your Contact, Jobs or About page linking to your Somewhere profile. It’s proving to be a more engaging & effective approach than saying: “We’re always on the lookout for great talent so send us your CV...”
