Teddy Teece

Teddy Teece is the Managing Partner of an investment firm that connects international capital with New Zealand’s light industrial sector. His career includes entrepreneurship, investing, philanthropy, finance, technology, executive coaching, and real estate. Across these areas, he has worked to align purpose, profit, and environmental responsibility while addressing overlooked or unusual market opportunities.

Teddy's family ties to New Zealand span five generations, while his early life across two hemispheres and coasts helped shape a broad international outlook. He works with long-term and lifestyle-oriented investors who seek financial returns while developing stronger connections to New Zealand and contributing to its economy, environment, and infrastructure.

As Founder and Managing Partner, Teddy leads acquisition strategies across the “golden triangle,” with a focus on light industrial sectors. The firm acquires, grows, and consolidates established businesses that support the country’s infrastructure. During his first year in an Executive MBA program, he developed the firm’s business plan and investment thesis, built advisory relationships, and tested the strategy. The investment model combines private equity and search fund approaches with local partnerships, community events, and philanthropic opportunities.

Earlier, Teddy served as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of an investment bank that experienced rapid early growth and processed eight- and nine-figure transactions. He also co-founded a marketplace for unique experiences and developed partnerships with established providers. His consulting experience included co-founding a family-business advisory practice within a global consulting firm, where he supported business families, executives, and next-generation leaders across the United States, the Middle East, and New Zealand.

Teddy also developed a non-profit and executive coaching center, built several features of the property himself, and led teams as a general contractor. Since 2017, he has supported Navy SEAL families through a foundation where he serves in an advisory role alongside Medal of Honor recipients. He has also helped raise six- and seven-figure sums for charities and has participated in community dialogue in San Francisco.

Teddy Teece is an Executive MBA candidate and continues to work with a New Zealand-based team of experienced business leaders. He also supports charitable organizations, works the land, writes, drums, and adventures while maintaining a long-term focus on stewardship, service, strong partnerships, lasting businesses, and resilient communities.
