But, it’s seemingly overwhelming challenges that get us out of bed every morning. To go from seeing technology as being overwhelmingly challenging to overwhelmingly exciting needs an understanding of The Third Wave and our ‘Better Lives’ approach. 4. The Second Wave (Better Experience) The Second Wave changed how we experienced technology – it’s faster, friendlier and fun. However, with it came industry jargon, cookie-cutter solutions and technology that attempted to change our lives rather than make our lives better.
5. The Third Wave (Better Lives) While others are still focused on the Second Wave of faster, friendlier and fun, we believe there is a Third Wave. At its core is technology, but at its heart are people. A Third Wave based on what we call ‘Better Lives’ technology. And it’s here. Now.
