  2. THE PROBLEM: In a world where keeping fit means keeping

motivated, social sports can mean self preservation. So, finding, managing and connecting people and places, for regular social play, is essential to life. Just 30 minutes of playing basketball or football, burns over 200 calories off your body and can form bonds of lasting social fibre. However, typical team sports operate mostly in the silos of highly organised schools, leagues and tournaments. The billions of non-uniformed masses who can only rely on pickup games for play, are disconnected, leaving an enormous population in need of regular access, activity and visibility to play sport. Like the sports facilities themselves, opportunities to play are typically hidden in a vast, archaic ecosystem. People often can’t find a local pickup game for months and only do so by chance. Equally, the grassroots pickup game organisers who pay to rent a court or pitch for 1 or 2 hour pickup games, have a tough time collecting from the people they invited to play. 2 play. some. ball.
  3. 3 OUR SOLUTION: Our Platform as a Service where players

have a sports Player Profile to search out pickup games, players, sports venues and can create places to play (1 click on the Map) inviting friends to any type of game. Group by group WOOOBA will solve the global sports participation problem. Organisers get paid back by players easily through their WOOOBA Wallets, by adding a fee to the game invite; 1- click for frictionless fee collections and 1-click pays out to organisers from their Wallet to their bank account. Players will crowd source referees, coaches or using ML/AI, find others who meet their level of ability, by simply filtering for the right Player Profile’s rating, ranking or reliability. We connect the disconnected and inspire the less motivated, with cryptocurrency rewards & recognition. Our goal is to build a well connected, more visible, healthier and social sports ecosystem. Grow the positive impact of sport with WOOOBA. play. some. ball.
  4. play. some. ball. 4 REVENUE MODEL: Game organisers add a

fee for other players during game invitation & collect a venue rental fee. From the game invitation, organisers collect their fee and players pay their share from their WOOOBA Wallet. WOOOBA earns a £0.75 (or €, $) micro fee/player. Premium Players pay a £2.99/month subscription to get lower Wallet fees and monthly sponsored courts or pitches. Cash & cryptocurrency rewards the most active organisers, to inspire participation.
  5. 1st year £2.84 million Forecast is based on main revenue

from game fee transactions, grassroots sports sponsorships and retail (re)sellers & sponsors. All grassroots sports players are our target users. There are nearly 1 billion active grassroots basketball and football players worldwide. Addition revenue will come from licensing and white labelling the API/microservices to other sports such as golf, netball, tennis, volleyball and most mass participation sports. 9. Game organisers Get paid TO PLAY WOOOBA gives the billions

in casual sports their very own Player Profile, to help them organise people & places to play. Every profile comes with a Wallet, a cashless way for casual sports players to collect fees from other players, to get paid back for renting courts or pitches for games or to create a central pot of cash for any game. The WOOOBA Wallet handles both standard currency & cryptocurrency, including WOOOBA’s own rewards token, WOOOBux (ticker = WBX). This keeps the payment flow fast, discreet and safe, from peer-to-peer within the app for any pickup games/matches or tournaments. When Game Organisers create an invitation for a game, they just add the fee they need for the game; when the invited Players accept and Join the game, the fee automatically transfers to the organiser’s Wallet after the session is confirmed; WOOOBA & it’s Partners earn a micro fee.
