Moreover, her leadership is influential in the success of Toggi Real Estate and Construction Limited and The Food Hall, where she has driven substantial growth and innovation, setting new standards in real estate and gastronomy in Bangladesh.

Yeasha Sobhan's commitment to environmental sustainability is evident in her management of Bashundhara Paper Mills Limited, where she has implemented advanced Effluent Treatment Plants (ETPs), ensuring the company adheres to the highest standards of environmental responsibility. This is further supported by the company’s achievements of ISO 9001:2015 and FSC-CoC certifications.
