Yeasha Sobhan is the chairman of Safwan Bashundhara Global and Bashundhara Paper Mills Ltd., which has become one of the fastest-growing segments of the group’s operations. She has expanded the division’s products to include a wide selection of paper, tissue, and hygiene items. As part of the executive team of Bangladesh’s largest business group, she has earned recognition for her leadership. Yeasha has directed the growth of eco-friendly paper solutions and overseen marketing and business operations across critical strategic business units. At Toggi, she has overseen the development of residential and commercial projects that emphasize sustainability and innovation. With The Food Hall, she has helped build a dining brand renowned for its quality and exceptional customer experiences.

She has led the introduction of advanced Effluent Treatment Plants at the paper mills to ensure safe wastewater treatment and has earned ISO 9001:2015 and FSC-CoC certifications. Her marketing work has established trusted brands, including Bashundhara Baby Diaper, Bashundhara Tissue, and Monalisa Sanitary Napkins. She has also supported the Bashundhara Special Children's Foundation, which raises awareness about autism and provides care and education for children with special needs.
