Optimizing for Trust

Building trust at a financial startup is paramount - both trust within the company, and trust with customers. This requires an engineering culture obsessed with security and stability, but it shouldn't come at the cost of moving fast and shipping things. In this talk, Adrian will discuss how Coinbase is building a startup culture which continues to iterate quickly, while operating in an environment with significant security and regulatory requirements.
