2. About Poetr Poetry writer is the best place to create, to really give proof for your writing abilities. We offer a user-friendly, helpful environment in which you easily manifest yourself artistically.

Word suggestion • If at any moment during your creative process you feel like you need a boost, press the magic buttons (CTRL + SPACE) and a quick suggestion box will appear under the strophe you are currently editing. • This suggestion box will contain a list of words our app thinks it will best suit your poem (taking into account the position in the strophe). The suggestion algorithm will search for: a rhyming word that fits with your current rhyming scheme a word that fits the context of your strophe.
5. Cloud storage Your poems are saved in our cloud storage, and we generate a separate address for every poem and version where your art can be accessed by everyone.
6. Autosave Forgot to save, light went out, never fear, our application will perform autosave every 1-2 minutes to prevent disasters to make you lose your precious work.
7. Color-code rhyming scheme Using our color-code rhyming scheme all you have to do is input your desired rhyming scheme and the application will show you which verses should rime and which shouldn’t by a simple color code.
8. Syllable counting Handling poem metrics always has been an unnecessary nuisance for poets. Now with our application you can see how adding and removing words will affect your metrics while you make those changes. This values are calculated for every verse, and displayed in the right side of the strophe. This way, all you have worry about is creating your poems and not counting syllables.
9. Quick keyboard shortcuts • CTRL + SPACE - suggest words • CTRL + R - check rhymes (according to scheme) • CTRL + UP - edit the strophe above • CTRL + DOWN - edit the strophe bellow • ALT + UP - move the verse up in the strophe • ALT + DOWN - move the verse down in the strophe
10. Social media sharing Using our sharing buttons you can connect with some of the popular social networks and share your work quickly.
11. Rhyme checker • ✔ - this means that the verse rhymes with the previous one (according to the rhyming scheme) • ✖ - this means that the verse does not rhyme with the previous one (according to the rhyming scheme) • ? - this means that the application is not sure about the verse
