Case Studies An NGO that provides multiple services to thousands of beneficiaries in Delhi was finding it difficult to track beneficiary service usage history and monitor beneficiary progress Solution Xtage designed a web based platform which allows the NGO to store, analyze and provide quick access to data on beneficiaries. This allows the NGO staff to monitor the progress of the beneficiaries and identify those who may fall through the safety net. The system architecture will allow the client NGO to deploy the system to low internet area. MP Government and ARK India wanted to digitally enable their school quality assessment program to reduce the time and cost of school assessment. Solution Xtage is creating a integrated web & mobile platform where the school assessors assess schools and collect data using their mobile phones. The data is upload to the central server where reports and intelligence at school & district are generated automatically to update the officials. This tool will allow minimum saving of more INR fifty million each year.
