Agentic Enterprise

This session defines what an agentic enterprise is and why it changes enterprise software engineering. We ground the discussion in enterprise reality—complex systems, team boundaries, and systems of record—then outline the internal and external architecture capabilities required for agents to operate safely at scale. The talk closes with a reference architecture (including MCP/tool governance, agent identity, and observability) and why cell-based architecture is a natural fit for making agentic operable.
