Suggestions to improve success of female entrepreneurs made by this research article: 1. Make people be aware of gender stereotypes | increase awareness 2. Formalized business structure | qualified female leader 3. Objective formalized business review process | reduce prejudice The already successful C2YHWI mentoring program (3 years) has been providing results oriented, women entrepreneur mentoring, structured, 11 month | online course and certification (phase 1). The Entrepreneur Residence for Women (phase 2) will be a continuation of the mentoring program community entrepreneur certified programs and will provide formalized business structure, business evaluations and performance monitors meeting the criteria set forth in this research paper.
