20221020_Steps to Transform People with DevOps Culture

The objective of this talk is to explain how I overcame the challenge to transform a team with Management Configuration skills into a DevOps Squad in the middle of an Agile & Digital Transformation. Top DevOps tips to work with the same team to maintain the legacy environment (monolith) and able to create pipelines for Digital Transformation even though the team members did not have all the necessary skills to do that, low self-esteem, uncountable tasks, and lots of overtime. It is not an easy task when you face it in your new job. New team, new people, new enterprise, new everything, and remotely! I have condensed and prepared a list of tips based on my experience to help people with their challenges to create a DevOps Culture.
