  2. What  I  did.   •  Smallest  behavior  that  maFers—becoming  aware

     of  when  one  is  stressed  and   responding  to  a  visual  cue  to  follow  method  of  relaxa8on   •  Interven8ons–  1)  Asked  users  to  look  at  schedules  and  determine  when  stressed  and   why       –  ONE-­‐-­‐2)  Sent  MMS  cues  from  Seth  the  Calming  Dot  at  8  AM,  12  PM,  4  PM  and  8   PM    3)  As  the  cues  progressed,  slowly  got  them  them  to  monitor  heart  rate  through   Azumio,  do  breathing,  say  affirma8on  or  reflect  and  then  do  this  when  Seth’s  face   pops  up   –  TWO–  2)  Sent  pics  and  quotes  from  loved  ones  giving  them  affirma8on  and   apprecia8on   •  Results  from  the  users:   –  liked  the  photo  and  personal  affirma8on  approach  as  he  preferred  the  personal   interface  that  related  to  him  and  liked  the  photos,  par8cularly  ones  he  had  not   seen.       –  He  said  that  Seth  would  work  beFer  during  the  week,  but  would  prefer  it  not  be   every  4  hours  and  not  intrusive  when  he  was  working.  More  targeted  to  8mes  he   needed  it  like  lunch.     –  Weekends  aren’t  good  for  a  calming  technology  to  be  sent.
