Today, as part of the Hillsborough County Public School’s Great American Teach In, I talked to my son’s 1st grade class at Bryant Elementary School about Computer Programming. I did a presentation, and gave them some hands-on time with: a CPU, a Raspberry Pi computer from Kano Computing, and a Boe-Bot robot.

Kano Computing donated the stickers!

If you have a young child, I highly encourage you to foster their curiosity in coding, or Computer Science in general!
