The Login Page: Page for Users of the System to authenticate themselves before they are granted access to their various sections of operations based on the Permissions granted by the Administrator. The Home Page: After a successful login, Users with all permissions such as the Administrator gets access to all features such as: Records, OPD, Consultation, Lab, Dispensary, Stores, Services, Revenue, NHIS, Staff and Application Settings. 4. III. The Records Page: This page allows you to easily create and manage Patients’ Folders (E-Folders). You can create a New Folder and record all patients’ details and Initiate an Encounter with the Patient. You can also Search for a Patients Information using the Record Number, NHIS Number or Name. There is the Advanced Search for Date of Birth, Phone No., Residence, etc. Imagine whatever you can do in the real world can be done using HELIX™, plus, efficiently. Copyright Protected. ©iPerl 2020. 7. V. Initiating an Encounter for a Patient: When a patient visits the facility, an Encounter needs to be initiated for the patient before he can enjoy any services the facility offers. There are several options here, including selecting a Funding Provider such as NHIS, Cash & Carry or other approved Corporate Bodies/Insurance Companies. Copyright Protected. ©iPerl 2020. 8. VI. Recording Patient’s Vitals: Patient’s vital signs such as Blood Pressure, Body Temperature, Pulse, and Weight can be recorded. You are not restricted to just these ones. The facility can add more vital signs they need to take in the future. 9. VII. The Consultation Page: With our Advance Algorithms and Research, filling in the details and sharing it with all Authorized Users takes just a couple of Seconds. 12. VIII. Diagnostics Section: Helix has sections for Diagnostics that include General Lab tests, X-Rays, and Ultra-Sounds. 13. IX. Dispensary: The dispensary person can see the Prescriptions from the Doctor and serve those Prescriptions. Revenue Section: This section includes features for Viewing summary of financial activities for a period (e.g. for a day), printing Invoices for Patients, Viewing Debtors and Debt Settlements, Cash Payments, the Cash Book, and the facility’s approved Funding Providers, and Companies. 15. XI. NHIS: Helix has dedicated a whole Section for NHIS to address the complexity of NHIA’s directives and regulations. The Claims Staff are provided with the abilities to review claims for any errors, process them, and submit the claims (E-Claims, Claim-it), or Print them. 20. XIII. The Drugs Page: Don’t be Outdated! From just a Page, You can view all the Drugs in the Warehouses, Dispensary stores and other places you keep or supply drugs to. Our Integrated Algorithms takes care of the NHIS Drug Codes, Prices and if they are covered by NHIS or not. You can also record drugs received from Suppliers and track Expiry Dates of Drugs. 21. XIV. The Staff Management Page: Administrators can manage their staff or HELIX Users by setting permissions. E.g. what can the Dispenser do, that the Cashier/Finance Officer cannot do?
