AI コーディングと人間の認知スループット / CTO Night & Day 2026 Morning Session / AI Coding and Human Cognitive Throughput

CTO Night & Day 2026 (Morning Session)

Slides (Japanese) from CTO Night & Day 2026, Morning Session: AI coding tools produce more and longer PRs while human review time, attention, and working memory stay fixed, so this talk proposes two human gates (design review before code, small PRs), token-based verification before a human reads, and measuring p50/p90 PR size in your own team.
