3. Technical responsibilities: onboarding new contributors, monitoring first-time contributors’ PRs and ensuring they receive feedback, maintaining projects, and solving common developer pain points. Community organizing responsibilities: organizing and facilitating regular community meetings, sprints, and mentoring activities (including cross-project sprints).
