Fixed vs. Agile Mindset  Fixed:  Like height Goal - it’s natural ability or not  Avoid Failure since it means you must be not good at this  Effort - for those with no talent  Reaction to challenge – I don’t need any challenges   Agile:  Ability To Grow  Like muscle Goal, you can train your muscle during your whole life  Goal is to learn, embracing failure and embracing challenge  Failure provides learning opportunity  Effort is for path to mastery

8. Agility teach us:  Feel the fear and do it anyway  The only way to get rid of the fear of doing something is to go out and do it  There really nothing to lose, only something to gain, whatever the choices you make or actions you take in life  Say “Yes” to the Universe :)
