I am a Senior Consulting Manager bridging the gap between rigid IT governance and the fluid dynamics of human culture.
With extensive experience in the IT consulting industry, I specialize in Project Management, Public Sector Digital Transformation (DX), and IT Governance. My approach is rooted in a rigorous academic background; I hold degrees in Folklore, Cultural Anthropology, and Sociology from Waseda University.
Uniquely, I am also a Researcher of "Youkai" (Japanese Folklore/Supernatural entities). This dual perspective allows me to navigate complex organizational cultures and "invisible" project risks with the same analytical depth I apply to folklore studies.
