Based in Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan I am a senior consultant specializing in public-sector IT consulting, digital transformation (DX), and project management, with extensive experience supporting local governments, independent administrative institutions, and central government ministries in Japan. My core areas of expertise include: • IT and digital strategy development • Current-state assessment and roadmap planning • Requirements definition and procurement support • Program and project management (PMO) • Process reengineering, operational improvement, and optimization Prior to joining Global Partners Technology, I worked at Gravis Architects and Abeam Consulting, where I was engaged in consulting services for the public sector. I began my career at an automotive parts manufacturing company, where I was responsible for management accounting, budget control, and cost management at the Kita-Ibaraki plant. Following the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake, I decided to transition into the consulting profession, focusing on public-sector reform and resilience.
