    I have spent my career living and working across Asia from Japan to China, Taiwan, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore. Through these experiences, I learned that every country has its own strengths, challenges, and incredible potential. What inspired us to build Reeracoen was the belief that Asia grows stronger when we create opportunities across borders and support people who pursue new challenges. Reeracoen began in 2011 with a simple ambition: To become a bridge that connects people, companies, and countries across Asia. Today, our mission is not limited to one nation.     Career Background Reeracoen Group CEO Kenji Naito 2006 After graduating from Rikkyo University in 2006, joined Recruit Co., Ltd After working in the HR Development Department in Osaka, worked in sales positions in Fukuoka (Kyushu branch) and Tokyo. 2010 Transferred to Recruit China (Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou). Engaged in sales and sales planning in Shanghai. 2011 Established three new offices in Tianjin, Dalian, and Suzhou. Successfully expanded the organization from 3 to 7 offices and from 40 to 200 staff within two years. 2012 Relocated to Shanghai and appointed Head of Planning for Mainland China (Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin, Dalian, Suzhou, Guangzhou, Shenzhen). 2013 Appointed Head of Corporate Planning for Asia region (HR, IT systems, recruitment, sales) covering China, Southeast Asia, and India. 2014 Director of Recruit Vietnam, launched the Thailand branch. Returned to Japan and resigned from Recruit Co. Ltd. 2015 Established REERACOEN MALAYSIA as Managing Director. 2016 Also serves as Managing Director of REERACOEN TAIWAN. Led new business development, including cross- border HR services. launched Hong Kong branch. 2018 Appointed CEO of the REERACOEN Group and Executive Officer of Neo Career’s Overseas Business Division. 2020 Expanded operations to 17 locations across Asia, including: Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, India, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Thailand’s engineering division. 2023 Led recruitment, HR tech, ENS, and job media businesses, including exits, transfers, and divestments. 2025 Completed MBO from Neo Career and became independent. Over 20 years of experience in HR across Asia.
