2. Our Mission Locus Blue is a product company that immerses itself in the field — observing closely and getting its hands dirty — to uncover the essential problems no one else has noticed yet. Solving the Unseen, With Our Products What we aim for is not one-off contract development or person-dependent consulting. We solve problems at their root through scalable products. What makes this possible is our team - a diverse, global group moving forward together as one. That’s Locus Blue. © 2026 Locus Blue Co,. Ltd. All Rights Reserved. 1／14
An online point cloud processing application that enables everyone in the civil engineering industry to utilize 3D data for site management. A cross-search engine that instantly locates essential information across a wide range of specifications and standards documents. © 2026 Locus Blue Co,. Ltd. All Rights Reserved.
4. Product Vision Mapping the future with the Magic of Spatial Intelligence In a rapidly changing world facing various complex societal issues like an aging population, increasing natural disasters, and ongoing conflicts, the true potential of spatial data often goes unnoticed and unused. This is because the current technology and tools in this field are mainly accessible to a limited group of highly skilled professionals. With ScanX, we are dedicated to changing this situation by becoming the leading authority in all aspects of geospatial data, including elements like 3D models, point clouds, and design schematics. Our goal is to go beyond the limitations of existing solutions and offer a comprehensive suite of spatial intelligence that addresses the most critical challenges faced by our users. By utilizing state-of-the-art technologies, innovative methods, and a deep understanding of the difficulties associated with spatial data, ScanX empowers individuals, organizations, and societies as a whole to overcome obstacles, make well-informed decisions, and drive positive changes in this world. © 2026 Locus Blue Co,. 5. Product Vision One Click. To the Right Information. Kanly aims to revolutionize the very act of “searching” in the construction industry. Today, field personnel spend an enormous amount of time and effort searching for necessary information buried in massive volumes of specifications and standards documents. Kanly is here to fundamentally change that reality. Kanly is an entirely new type of search engine that allows users to intuitively and comprehensively search across a vast number of specifications and standards documents. Unlike traditional PDF viewers, printed books, construction planning software, or even recently developed chatbots, Kanly delivers unmatched speed and accuracy in pinpointing the exact pages containing the standards or evidence users need. In the world Kanly envisions five years from now, searching will no longer be a source of stress or confusion. The time that construction professionals once spent looking for information will be redirected toward more meaningful and value-generating work. © 2026 Locus Blue Co,. Ltd. All Rights Reserved.

7. Action Guide These are the 8 action principles we value at Locus Blue. Because our Values are abstract, this Action Guide lays out the concrete daily behaviors we recommend as Locus Blue members. We will revise these principles flexibly as the company phase and the times change. 1. 5. Screen to Site Decide what not to do 2. 6. Share openly Decide it. Own it. 4. Clarity is kindness Powered by AI. We decide. 3. Back to the Future "BTF" 人ではなく、まず仕組みを疑う Doubt the system, not the people © 2026 Locus Blue Co,. Ltd. All Rights Reserved. 3／14
8. 1 Decide what not to do Related Value Be Relator Our resources are limited. Trying to do everything leads to failure. The key to success is clearly deciding "what we will not do" and "what we will not build." Don’t Do Try to do or build everything Decide "we will only do these two things this quarter." Don't do or build anything else. © 2026 Locus Blue Co,. Ltd. All Rights Reserved. 4／14
9. 2 Powered by AI. We decide. Related Value Be Relator We actively bring AI into our daily work to boost individual productivity and deliver maximum results with a small, elite team. However, the final judgment and decision must always be made and owned by people. Don’t Do Take AI output at face value and allow decision-making over to it Use AI purely as an assistant; focus on thinking and judging with your own mind © 2026 Locus Blue Co,. Ltd. All Rights Reserved. 5／14
10. 3 Decide it. Own it. Related Value Be Relator In decision-making and discussion, speak your mind clearly. Once a decision is made, don't push back afterward — commit to it actively. Don’t Do Stay silent during the discussion, then flip the table later with "actually, I disagree" Speak honestly before the decision; commit fully after, even if your personal view differs © 2026 Locus Blue Co,. Ltd. All Rights Reserved. 6／14
11. 4 Back to the Future "BTF" 過去を振り返って未来を作る Related Value Be Relator Don't just leave things half-done. Always treat reflection as essential — keep discussing what worked, what didn't, and where we can improve. Don’t Do Move on from initiatives without ever looking back Always reflect on both successes and failures © 2026 Locus Blue Co,. Ltd. All Rights Reserved. 7／14
Related Value See Depper We don't just sit behind screens relying on data and online information. We get our hands dirty, go to the field, and listen directly to users. We believe that firsthand insights from real-world engagement lead to better decisions and meaningful value creation. Stop at desk research, web searches, or フレームワークに落とし込むだけ止まっている filling in standard frameworks Actually visit users and run interviews. Learn from real user voices and real usage. © 2026 Locus Blue Co,. Ltd. All Rights Reserved. 8／14
Related Value ALL SD Every field has its own jargon — sales, development, accounting, and more. When people from different backgrounds are in the room, we choose simple, clear words that everyone can understand. Don’t Do Overuse jargon from your own field so that others can't follow Use plain words, analogies, and diagrams to get the message across © 2026 Locus Blue Co,. Ltd. All Rights Reserved. 9／14
Related Value ALL SD We share virtually all information openly, with limited exceptions (HR, fundraising, M&A). Especially in a remote setting, the more information gets locked up, the harder it becomes for everyone to stay aligned. Don’t Do Talk in DMs; keep documents and information only in your own private space Share information openly in Notion or Slack © 2026 Locus Blue Co,. Ltd. All Rights Reserved. 10／14
15. 8 Doubt the system, not the people Related Value ALL SD When something isn't going well, doubt the system first — not the people. In a small organization of about 20 like ours, doubting people quickly destroys the team and leads to collapse. Don’t Do Blame individuals — "It's not working because of so-and-so / the engineers / the sales team" Ask where in the company's or the team's system the problem lies, and solve it there © 2026 Locus Blue Co,. Ltd. All Rights Reserved. 11／14
16. Origin of the Company Name "Locus" means coordinate or position, and "Blue" comes from the sky and the sea — both of which our founder Miyatani loves. Locus Blue started with point cloud data analysis, but going forward — guided by our mission, "Solving invisible challenges with products" — we won't be bound by any single technology. We will keep using products to solve the many deep, previously unnoticed challenges our users face. © 2026 Locus Blue Co,. Ltd. All Rights Reserved. 13／14
