Teams primarily competes with the similar service Slack, offering workspace chat and videoconferencing, file storage, and application integration. 2 back next home

Teams allows users to format text and use emoji's during chats. Users can choose to mark a message as urgent or important. Important messages show up with a red side. 3 back next home
