What I do when I meet and talk with customers
by Meiko
Meeting with customers may make you nervous, but it’s a
great opportunity to learn
Don’t be afraid to ask for more information
Listen to them, and they may listen to you
You are not following our best practice, our recommendations are…
How did you design your scenario? What is the most critical path? Can we see you operate the app? We know this scenario is already long, but actually our test case is longer… Alright, what workflows do you have? Search? Reservation? Cancellation?
Feeling the pressure? So are they
Show your joy, and you can inspire them
Thank you 🫶
