Listen to them, and they may listen to you
You are not following our best practice, our recommendations are…
How did you design your scenario? What is the most critical path? Can we see you operate the app? We know this scenario is already long, but actually our test case is longer… Alright, what workflows do you have? Search? Reservation? Cancellation?
