  6. B2C CX Imperative "Create a world where great products and

services naturally reach more people." I founded my first company at the age of 20. One of the things that inspired me was The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind. Seeing a 14-year-old in Malawi bring electricity to his village with a homemade windmill he built through self-study sparked my ambition and made me believe I could do something meaningful, too. Running retail businesses taught me a hard lesson: no matter how much you refine your skills or customer service, a great offering can’t grow if people don’t know about it. Growth takes knowledge, execution, and the right team. That’s when I first wanted to “create a world where great products and services naturally reach more people." Later, watching Airbnb transform lives around the world with a single product convinced me that business knows no borders. To fully commit to that vision, around 2021 we sold two businesses that accounted for most of our revenue and went all in on the business we run today. Building on the quality we've refined through serving enterprise customers in Japan, we will empower brands not only in Japan but around the world. © Mico Inc. 7
