Near Peer Mentorship: A New Look at Mentorship for Women in STEM

Re-examining the construct and context of near peer relationships for women in STEM to create more welcoming communities. Using my journey to STEM from the arts as a framework this is how I came to build a supportive community for myself with tools for others to do the same.
