  4. 1. EAT LOTS OF FRUIT AND VEGGIES It is highly

suggested that you eat at least five portions of different fruits and vegetables every day. They should be fresh, canned, dried or juiced. To get this five every day is easier than it sounds, you can just chop a banana over your breakfast cereal or swap your usual mid-morning snack for a piece of fresh fruit or you can opt for a portion of fresh, canned or frozen fruit and vegetables which is also a better option. A portion of dried fruit can also be a good way to maintain a better and healthy lifestyle.
  5. 2. TAKE LESS SALT Taking too much salt can lead

to your blood pressure increases. People with high blood pressure are likely to develop heart disease or have a stroke. Even if you do not add salt to your food, you may still be eating too much. About three-quarters of the salt you eat is already in the food when you buy it, such as breakfast cereals, soups, bread, and sauces.
  6. 3. ALWAYS TRY TO EAT CRUNCHY FOODS: You should eat

food that offer a big and satisfying crunch. For example - apples, carrots, nuts and more, all these foods tend to keep your mouth busy longer than the food you slurp. And the more you chew, the slower you eat and the more time your body has to register fullness this is good as your body takes time to digest all these meals. This is an advantage because the process is healthy and helps in proper digestion of meals.
