  2. WHAT IS KETO DIET ? Keto or Ketogenic diet is

    a very low-carb, high-fat diet. Keto diet helps you burn fat more effectively by taking less carbs in your diet. Low carbs intake put your body into a metabolic state called ketosis. In ketosis state your body becomes incredibly efficient at burning fat for energy.
  3. HOW KETO HELP IN WEIGHT LOSS ? The keto diet

    forces your body to burn fat, rather than glucose, for energy. When you stop taking high carbs diet and start low carbs high fat diet, your liver convert your body fat and fat from your diet into molecules called ketones, an alternative source of fuel. This puts you into ketosis and your body start using your body fat as fuel.
  4. 1. MEAT: Red meat, steak, ham, sausage, bacon, chicken and

    turkey. 2. FATTY FISH: Such as salmon, trout, tuna and mackerel. 3. EGGS: Look for pastured or omega-3 whole eggs. 4. CHEESE: Unprocessed cheese (cheddar, goat, cream, blue or mozzarella).
