Dot Dotter started practicing pairing skills while working as a Design Mentor at 500 Startups and design partner at Dopamine UX. Now he's working on PairDesignCo to help design teams become more efficient & healthy. He's recently given talks to Hattery Labs, Pivotal Labs and Mozilla Labs. He's practiced pairing with accelerator programs like Designer Fund, 500 Startups and Rock Health and startups like Luvocracy, Wordnik, and Storify.
