  1. (1) i -Lab and EIR Mapping of seven strategic initiatives

    (4) Creating a foundation for human resource development in the region through FSE Region Research (7) Research on the entrepreneurial process of students and feedback to education Graduate Student +Postdoctoral Fellow +Lab Professors =Population Formation (5) Pool formation of mentors/ coaches, etc. Residents/native residents of Kyushu (including UIJ- turn personnel) 3 ) Promotion of startups through GAP NEXT 6 ) Promote commercialization through the formation of an ecosystem in the Fukuoka region Producing innovative startups Within the university
  2. 【Outline of the Seven Strategic Initiatives】 1. involvement of graduate

students and post-doctoral fellows and enhancement of university technical seed development *Increase the number of "eggs to be hatched," foster students' willingness to take on challenges and start businesses, and move from research to high-impact startups. (1) i-Lab and EIR for graduate students and post-doctoral students who are responsible for deep tech startups (2) Promotion of practical education through integration of different fields (3) Promotion of startups through "GAP NEXT", which synchronizes human resources development and technology commercialization 2. formation of regional ecosystems and strengthening of partnerships *Formation of a regional innovation ecosystem where visions and resources within the region can be interchanged. (4) Create a foundation for local human resources development through the Fukuoka School of Entrepreneurship (FSE) (5) Formation and utilization of a pool of start-up support human resources (mentors, coaches, etc.) (6) Promote commercialization through the formation of an ecosystem in the Fukuoka region 3. strengthen research related to entrepreneurship *Supporting educational effectiveness through research, for more effective education. (7) Research on entrepreneurial process of students and feedback to education Within the university Region Research
  3. (1) i-Lab and EIR for graduate students and post-doctoral students

who are responsible for deep tech startups Aim: To create a platform for deep tech startups from Kyushu University i-Lab  Aim: To create a pool of students to create a deep-tech start-up from Kyushu University.  Action: Create a community of supportive and supportive people, especially graduate students. Acquire candidate students through scouting by participants of the Accelerator program and lab visits. Further nurture them through educational programs and collaboration with GAP NEXT. EIR (Entrepreneur in Residence; Visiting Entrepreneur Program)  Aim: To promote entrepreneurship through focused support for entrepreneurial eggs that are about to hatch.  Action: Select students with clear entrepreneurial intentions and challenges, and provide intensive and long-term ecosystem support in the form of financial aid and mentoring.
  4. (2) Promotion of practical education through integration of different fields

Core Value of Design x Business x Entrepreneurial Collaboration •Design = Deepening the meaning of innovation based on human understanding •Business = Business structure gives feasibility to innovation. •Entrepreneurship = finding opportunities for innovation in an environment of uncertainty •Positioning the fusion of these three fields as a platform for further expansion into diverse collaborations For students •While using your department as an anchor, you can gain knowledge and network beyond your specialties •Increased ability to collaborate with other professionals •The program will provide you with a bird's eye view and the ability to perform the necessary actions to propose a comprehensive solution. For Kyushu University •Formation of a foundation for a cross-disciplinary community = "comprehensive knowledge" •Proposing comprehensive solutions for society For society (companies and communities) •Obtaining an integrated approach to issues that cannot be solved by a specific field alone •Acquisition of people who can make proposals from a bird's eye view beyond their specialties Aim: To create an educational platform for collaboration among different fields, including engineering, agriculture, information science, and medicine, with design x business x entrepreneurship at its core.
  5. (3) Promotion of startups through "GAP NEXT", which synchronizes human

resources development and technology commercialization QREC Accelerator Program • Aim: (1) Raise student-initiated projects to the level of social implementation, (2) Fostering people who support entrepreneurship (i-Lab) • Action: Accelerate the business plans generated by students inside and outside of QREC's educational program to the level of social implementation in an intensive 8-week program. Effective connection between the QREC Accelerator Program and GAP NEXT • Aim: To promote the commercialization of university seeds and student-initiated projects by matching the fostered entrepreneurial support personnel (i-Lab) with projects initiated by researchers. • Action: Supporting student-initiated business plans (i.e., EIR projects) by matching entrepreneurial support personnel (i-Lab) with researchers' seeds as interns through GAP NEXT. Aim: To create a mechanism for supporting deep-tech start-ups from Kyushu University
  6. (4) Create a foundation for local human resources development through

the Fukuoka School of Entrepreneurship (FSE) For university and faculty •By sharing the basic components, the workload can be reduced (FSE) so that each university and each faculty member can concentrate on education that demonstrate their strengths. (Implemented at each university) •Exchange and share information on the latest teaching methods, content, etc. For students •Systematic entrepreneurship study. •A network was formed that transcends the boundaries of the university, academic year, and professionalism. •Connection to FGN, Fukuoka's central location / startup producing center. For Fukuoka •Depth of layers of potential entrepreneurial groups with a common understanding. •Provide up-to-date knowledge to social workers (including entrepreneurs) •Community building by connecting entrepreneurs, potential entrepreneurs, and students Aim: To expand world-standard e-education throughout Fukuoka City.
  7. (5) Formation and utilization of a pool of start-up support

human resources (mentors, coaches, etc.) Mentor Pool Operation • Creating a mentoring structure ▪ Establishment of a system to provide regular mentoring for students working on S.I.P., etc. •Create a pool of mentors and a system for assigning mentors that are appropriate for the support stage (objective). ▪ Support stage: Idea generation, hypothesis testing (POC), social implementation ▪ Collaboration with the Accelerator Program Mentor Development (MD) • Mentoring experience and skill sharing •Mentoring Training In order to link education to social implementation, mentors are needed who can provide appropriate support according to the stage. Mentors should encourage students to think and act independently, and guide them to social implementation according to their stage (purpose) and field of study. In order to form a pool of mentors, training programs to share experiences and skills are conducted. Aim: Supporting the development from education to social implementation
  8. (7) Research on the entrepreneurial process of students and feedback

to education Aim: Giving feedback to improve and enhance the entrepreneurship education program based on the statistical research result. To conduct the students' entrepreneurial process research and clarify the impact of the entrepreneurial education (EE) program on the students' entrepreneurial intention. To encourage the students' entrepreneurial intention by motivating them to develop their desirability towards entrepreneurial activities. To let more people know about QREC research by publishing research articles in domestic/international journals and participating in domestic/international conferences. To launch a new academic entrepreneurship journal and organize entrepreneurship international conferences, and workshops.
