    alone vs working in a team vs working with a large team. My advice, Take Initiatives. • Communication Skills. You might say, I am good at coding. However, you still have to explain your code to your manager / audience / clients. • Learn to make good presentations (ppts).     as talented as Steve Wozniak. But lack of dedication & sincerity will lead you nowhere. • Learn the Art of Problem Solving. Writing a code for one liner problem will not make you a good coder. When your requirements resembles a booklet, then its a different ball game altogether. • Automate your Tasks.
