3. Let your light shine
4. When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” JOHN 8:12 (NIV)
5. How bright is your light?
6. “You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden.” MATTHEW 5:14 (NIV)
7. Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path. PSALM 119:105 (NIV)
8. “Your lives light up the world. Let others see your light from a distance, for how can you hide a city that stands on a hilltop? And who would light a lamp and then hide it in an obscure place? Instead, it’s placed where everyone in the house can benefit from its light. So don’t hide your light! Let it shine brightly before others, so that the commendable things you do will shine as light upon them, and then they will give their praise to your Father in heaven.” MATTHEW 5:14–16 (TPT)
9. Shine bright Your lives light up the world. Let others see your light from a distance, for how can you hide a city that stands on a hilltop?
10. Don’t hide And who would light a lamp and then hide it in an obscure place? Instead, it’s placed where everyone in the house can benefit from its light. So don’t hide your light!
11. Be humble Let it shine brightly before others, so that the commendable things you do will shine as a light upon them, and then they will give their praise to your Father in heaven.
