Robert Misch is an experienced Agile Coach and passionate about agile principles, lean product development and sustainable improvement.
He has successfully implemented agile practices with 30+ teams including near-shore and non-IT teams. Together with the respective managers he continuously develops cultures that facilitate sustainable improvement and guides organisations towards a lean mindset.
Robert uses games with teams and managers - including C-level - as a means to explain and exercise agile principles in a highly motivating manner.
Moreover, he is experienced in other fields of software development with Continuous Live Delivery and DevOps among them.

In 2012 he started sharing his experience at well known conferences such as Scrum Day, XP Days, Manage Agile, Developer Week and Holtzbrinck Publishing Group's International CTO Conference.
