    a little presentation I’ve prepared for you.
  2. Let me introduce myself briefly; my name is Roshni and

    I'm a digital creator based out of Germany. I've previously worked with a range of wonderful beauty brands spanning the globe (more info on a later page) and am now looking to break into the DACH market. To gain a greater understanding of the beauty industry in this region, I'd like to work for you for a year (to begin with). Here's what I can do to help take the Before & After beauty and wellness brand to new heights.
  3. 1) Influencer/PR Marketing Partnering with an 'Influencer' or digital creator

    is a highly effective marketing strategy in recent times, especially for brands in the beauty space. Here's how I can help B & A Beauty harness that awesome channel: ➔ Identify key (DACH) Influencers within the natural/vegan beauty sector and co-ordinate communication & outreach with them, as well as building and maintaining relationships with the creators. ➔ Brainstorm ideas for creative campaigns and handle all aspects of the process, from conception to launch. ➔ Tastefully pitch the B & A Beauty brand to relevant sites and outlets in order to increase awareness of the company, all done in an organic, non-salesy way.
  4. 2) Social Media Everyone is on social media these days.

    To promote B & A via social platforms, we can develop a strategy that looks a little something like this: ➔ Conceptualize and create User-Generated-Content, which is great for encouraging brand loyalty. ➔ Take full advantage of Instagram with fun, clickable (and relevant) captions & hashtags. ➔ Create a distinct and cohesive brand personality across a variety of media, ranging from Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram and more. Manage these platforms and encourage engagement.
  5. 3) Copywriting, AKA All The Words B & A has

    to say Copy means each and every word the Before & After beauty brand says, right from the cookie policy on the website to the ingredient list on the products. I can help you with every single bit of text, including but not limited to: ➔ A full Brand Messaging Style Guide, which can be updated as you go along and used for years to come. This would include elements like the Tone of Voice, a word bank, core values, Customer Profile and more. ➔ Product + packaging + promotional copy for every single bit of goodness B & A puts out into the world, for example the 24k Pure Gold Deluxe Facial Oil.. ➔ All media of copy such as email newsletters, blog posts, sign offs, Out of Office emails, website content and similar.
  6. As a beauty creator, I have worked with some incredible

    brands such as Vaycay Beauty (Australia), Sunday II Sunday (USA), Madison Reed (USA), Cosmetic Surgery Advancements (UK) and more. One of my proudest achievements till date is being commissioned by British singer/songwriter Rebecca Ferguson to contribute to her project titled Equal Skin UK, a digital platform dedicated to celebrating diversity & beauty. Lastly, here’s what my previous clients say about my work: “I had a content idea and Rosh brought it to life! She not only researched for the copy but she added her flare and passion to the piece.     learn from you at B & A Beauty for a minimum of one year in order to understand more about the DACH beauty industry. I am very flexible and open to any thoughts or suggestions you may have (perhaps a personal assistant would be helpful?). I truly believe that I can help B & A continue to delight and impress its customers; there’s an entire consumer base of beauty-loving migrants and expats which remains relatively untapped by German beauty brands. I would know- I’m one of them :)
