  1. Camille Jayne C. Ang Camille’s T ravel Diary My love

of traveling and how it contributed to my personal & professional development
  2. Camille Jayne C. Ang Hong Kong 2004 Exchange student at

Hong Kong Baptist University. First time living overseas. I’m having so much fun here in Hong Kong. Independence is a great feeling! The world is such a big place and I’ve never met so many people from different places in my life… I want to explore the world some more... 2004 Junior Term Abroad 2004 class - ready to conquer the world!
  3. Camille Jayne C. Ang Singapore 2007 An internship opportunity helped

to lay down a path for my future. 2007 Celebrated my first birthday and Halloween in Singapore. It’s a beautiful country and I love being here! I work with such a diverse team and have met fellow interns from around the world. I’m learning so much about different cultures and how it affects communication. I’m becoming more outgoing each day.
  4. Camille Jayne C. Ang 2010 Off to a new start!

New role in a different business unit. Getting used to a new working environment and adjusting to a new role is challenging. Adaptability and proactiveness are important to move forward. I frequently think about my life and my career. What am I passionate about? I think I am experiencing a quarter life crisis… Singapore 2010 A new start tests me on a different level and makes me want more out of life.
  5. Camille Jayne C. Ang 2011 First business trip - i’ve

been asked to participate in a project. I always dreamt about being able to travel for work. So much fun! Being part of a project has taught me how to be a team player. Having an open mind and learning to speak it helps me contribute positively to my team. Singapore 2011 A project experience paves the way for finding myself and what fulfills me. So began the ❤ affair with German pork Knuckle - took one for the team! My teammates from Pakistan & T aiwan Team bonding on a boat along the Rhine river with the rest of the crew
  6. Camille Jayne C. Ang Germany 2012 Opportunities knock on my

door every so often. I make sure not to waste them. 2012 Moved to Germany! I’m officially part of the project team and can’t wait to explore Europe. Working with like-minded people who have also become my friends is a great experience. This experience makes me feel grateful for the opportunities that come my way. First modeling stint! The face for my project :) Playing after work keeps us from becoming a dull team. Airline crew at the annual Carnival festival
  7. Camille Jayne C. Ang Germany 2013 I work to live.

Seeing new places opens up my mind and enriches my spirit. 2013 Traveling to places far and away made me realize how much diversity there is in the world. Who would have thought nature could make such wonders?.. Taking some time to explore the world helps me to gain new perspectives. There’s no shame in relieving a childhood memory.. Doe a deer, a female deer, Ray a drop of golden sun…. Morocco: Rode a camel for the first time and found out (too late) that it can be freezing in the dessert :o
  8. Camille Jayne C. Ang Germany 2014 The only thing that

is constant is change. A training opportunity teaches me the importance of managing change in an organization. 2014 Around the world to conduct training? I’m in! Change management is never easy. Training materials are one thing, delivery and gaining acceptance is another. Barely slept during the weeks spent on the ground in Toronto, Hong Kong, Miami, and Bonn, but it is fulfilling to see colleagues learning and understanding new ways of working.
  9. Camille Jayne C. Ang Philippines 2015 Re-integration gives me a

view on a new working culture, and gives me a chance to practice the best of both worlds. 2015 Home after 10 years. Manila has changed and is bustling with new developments. It’s good to reconnect with old friends. I am also reintegrating into the Asian work culture. Having a view on global and country level helps me make more holistic decisions and apply best practices from both worlds in my daily interactions.
  10. Camille Jayne C. Ang Philippines 2016 Working for the global

team 10,000 miles away. All things are possible in today’s connected world. 2016 A typical day in my life involves working the Asian & European shifts, it’s an adjustment but helps me practice working independently and collaborating with my boss and colleagues online. I make sure to get visibility and provide valuable input even when on the other side of the world. T aking initiative in updating my manager on a regular basis has become a habit. My work schedule from hell
  11. Camille Jayne C. Ang T oday Back in Germany and

looking forward to new challenges at work and in school. 2017 I’ve come full circle. Back in Germany to be close to decision making and global leadership. My journey across the world helped me to find myself and realize that there is no time to waste. I reconnected with a dear friend and partner who helped me confirm what I always knew - to get even farther, I have to act now. Because of this, I am finally pursuing the MBA degree that I always wanted, so that I can experience even more of what the world has to offer. Countless cups of coffee and endless discussions later… I am finally here.
